Return & Refund Policy

At Karillo Store, every item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. This approach helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique designs. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, design, and shipping address. Size charts are available on each product page to help you choose correctly.

1. Our Commitment to Quality

We partner with Printify, a leading print-on-demand network, to ensure high-quality production and fulfillment. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Change of mind or buyerโ€™s remorse

3. Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We only offer replacements or refunds if your item is:

  • Defective (manufacturing error)
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item received (wrong design, color, or size sent)

If your order meets one of these conditions, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund.

4. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the issues listed above, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at: info@karillostore.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • High-quality photos (up to 5) or a short video showing the problem

๐Ÿ“Œ For apparel issues, please include a photo with a measuring tool if the size is incorrect due to a production error.

5. Review & Resolution Process

Once we receive your claim:

  • We will review it with our fulfillment partner
  • Review time typically takes 1โ€“3 business days

If approved:

  • A free replacement will be sent, or
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (at our discretion)

6. Cancellations & Modifications

Because orders are processed quickly:

  • You must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order for any changes
  • We cannot guarantee modifications after this time
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days after processing.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

8. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

If you choose not to reship the order:

  • A partial refund may be issued at our discretion (excluding shipping and handling fees)

9. Lost Packages

If your tracking shows โ€œdeliveredโ€ but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office
  • Packages may be left in secure or hidden locations

If you still cannot locate your package:

  • Contact us after the estimated delivery window
  • We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier
